*Filling system: servo motor is used as filling power. SUS316 is used to process the filling cylinder block and piston to ensure that it will never be corroded, and conforms to GMP and FDA standards.

*Automatic adjustment system: just input the parameters to be filled into the parameter column on the touch screen, and then press the Enter key to automatically complete the filling volume adjustment.

*Anti dripping system: vacuum back pumping filling nozzle and leakage tank are used to ensure that there is no leakage or dripping pollution to the container in filling state or standby state.

*Automatic feeding control system: when the liquid level is lower than the set value, the automatic feeding is started, and when the set level is reached, the feeding is completed. (with CIP cleaning function)

*Automatic capping machine: the motor drives the crawler to move, and the cover is arranged in the same direction (select the center of gravity position of the cover) to the hanging mouth. It can be used in a wide range of covers.

*Full automatic cover rubbing machine: the motor drives the cover wheel to screw the cover; the cover can be rotated without changing parts; the unique cover head design does not damage the appearance of the cover
