1. Label breaking. This problem often occurs in the operation of labeling machine, that is, the label is damaged in the process of being pulled.

2. Deviation: if the labeler has been in operation for a long time without maintenance, we all know what is used to fix and adjust the gap of the labeler. Naturally, there will be deviation, or the label will be deviated, or the direction will be unstable, the traction will slip, and the packaging materials will not be in place.

3. Continuous marking. When the labeling machine is working, it often meets the situation of continuous marking. The adjustment of the electric eye is still unable to solve, which is beyond the scope of application.

4. In the traction speed, it should also be noted that the maximum labeling speed and minimum speed can be set on the control panel of the labeling machine, so that the labeling quality can be guaranteed and the speed can be adjusted at the same time.
